How to Use

1. SHAKE
Shake the bottle well to thoroughly mix the two layers.

2. APPLY
Saturate a cotton pad with an appropriate amount.

3. GENTLY WIPE
Hold the cotton pad against eye or lip makeup briefly to allow the formula to dissolve the makeup, then gently wipe away.

Repeat until the cotton pad comes away clean
